By entering your payment card or banking information, you authorize Go Copia, PBC (“Copia”) and our payment processors, as applicable, to use any payment information you provide to us to automatically charge or debit any current and future fees, including technology fees, on the date the fees are due arising from your use of Copia’s services and/or purchase of products from Copia. You certify you are an authorized user of the designated payment method or that you have permission to designate the payment method for payment. We currently use Stripe as our third party service provider for payment services, and by using Copia you agree to be bound by Stripe’s Services Agreement, available at http://stripe.com/us/legal. You may amend or cancel this authorization by contacting Copia at least 14 days before the end of your subscription period. If you use Copia’s services or purchase additional products periodically pursuant to Copia’s Terms, you authorize Copia to charge or debit any associated fees using your payment method. Any additional locations and/or services will be billed at a prorated rate for the remainder of your Agreement, at Copia’s current pricing.

If it is determined that additional or custom vehicles are necessary to service your donation, you are responsible for any additional charges. Donations that are rescheduled or canceled may be charged applicable fees, including but not limited to, service fees, technology fees and a cancellation fee of $10. Copia may charge interest on your outstanding late balance at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, calculated from the date such amount was due until the date that payment is received by us. 

Renewal: 

This Agreement shall automatically renew for all subscriptions by consecutive one (1) month or year periods, as applicable, at Copia’s current pricing, unless at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, either party gives the other party written notice of its intent not to automatically renew this Agreement.

Credit Card Payment

By entering your credit card payment information, you authorize Copia to charge your payment card fees owed arising from your use of Copia services and/or purchase of products from Copia pursuant to their Terms.

ACH Debit Payment

By entering your ACH payment information, you authorize Copia to debit the bank account provided by you for fees owed arising from your use of Copia services and/or purchase of products from Copia pursuant to their Terms. You agree to follow NACHA rules applicable to ACH transactions. Further, you understand that we may also impose a fee for each declined transaction, as permitted by applicable law, and that fees for declined transactions may be in the amount of $20.00 or higher per declined transaction.
