Position Summary

We are looking for a personable, solutions-oriented Customer Success Manager to join the Copia team and help us build and imagine services that support our food donors, recipients and team. 

The Customer Success Manager, reporting to the VP, Customer Success, is responsible for building strong relationships and growing accounts. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, grow, and identify creative solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.  Customer Success Managers are the backbone of our relationships,  ensuring successful adoption, renewal, and growth with Copia. Customer Success Managers should be highly motivated and driven to support customers in achieving their goals with Copia.

This position is able to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. 

What you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with customers ensuring that Copia solutions support the ongoing needs and security objectives for each customer
  • Drive customer awareness, engagement, and adoption of Copia portfolio, product features and services to demonstrate impact and ROI
  • Establish yourself as a Trusted Advisor on specific use-case(s), product functionality and other outside the box thinking
  • Consistently achieve renewal revenue targets and manage the renewal lifecycle
  • Engage in consistent, proactive customer meetings to drive loyalty and retention
  • Collaborate and partner internally with success, support, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to drive success within the customer base
  • Update and document processes 

Requirements

  • Adaptable to a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Passionate about customer success; seeks to achieve extraordinary results through creative problem solving
  • Assertive but empathetic in nature; able to drive customers toward strategic goals through a combination of persuasion, rapport, and advocacy
  • Energized by connecting with customers proactively and hungry to make an impact
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-centric atmosphere and is adaptable in nature
  • High attention to detail and exceptional multi-tasking abilities and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success Management/Account Management/Renewal Management

Nice to Have

  • Experience working at a SaaS company 
  • Ability to manipulate data and experience with spreadsheets
  • Experience selling or upselling products/services
  • Knowledge of the CRM platform Zoho
